5. Both parties revise the contract ( if LC + draft LC )
6. PRice , specification , term match and oke

-- NCNDA/IMFPA Fee Protection preparation
7. Sign Contract - by email
8. Sign contract physically in jakarta/kalimantan
After all oke = draft LC + draft contract , price spec , term
buyer can come for meeting + sign and survey
all survey cost + expense + other
are handle by buyer side
